Headache.

My head absolutely aches from the stress of the past week or so. Moving to Canberra is not a simple operation. So today I started putting things into boxes. I have two boxes of DVDs and CDs, and three boxes of clothes... SO FAR. There are more clothes in the closet. I also am yet to pack away my guitars and it's a stressful process..

My mother is driving down from Canberra to Hobart arriving here on the 6th.. Or at least that was what was supposed to happen, now however my Father seems to think she cant handle the drive, so I dont know what the fuck is going on which makes me angry. But it will all work out in the end I am sure.

So tomorrow is my farewell party, which is a barbeque at a local park because I couldnt have a proper party. So about 40 people are coming to this park and I really hope I dont get arrested for it. I dont know what the laws are about these types of things.

After that my closest friends are sleeping over for a night of DVDs, drinking and talking.

I am going to be attending the University of Canberram, studying a bachelor of applied science majoring in human biology.

My courses for the first semester are as follows

- Chemistry
- Biology
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Psychology

Just on a side note, I would like to inform all that I am officially over my ex boyfriend. I have figured out what a total bastard he was to me and I am not wasting my time feeling pain. That said he has my guitar amp and I need it back which is driving me insane.

So my head aches, but Im not sure if it's the stress or the flu I am apparently coming down with..

Today I did a video conference for my work placement and was able to see my friends from the camp in WA. I miss them so much, two people said special hellos to me in their speeches. This made my day.

All in all I have actually been very happy recently. So on that note lets hope that everything goes smoothly and I will most likely blog again when I arrive in Canberra.

New Years Day.

January 1st 2009 was a bad day for me...

First I began 2009 at a concert surrounded by people in love, of course my current relationship predicament, caused me to be depressed by all these happy couples, kissing and singing and fucking in public... ( oh yes)

At about 12:30 on the 1st of January I watched this man get a hand job by his small asian partner ( girlfriend/ mail order bride?) whilst dancing in a mosh pit. Delightful, I know.. The day got worse.




Cut to picture number two. This woman was older than my mother, and she dressed younger than I do... This of course reminded me that I not only am so out of touch with my generation it hurts, but there are people older than me having more fun that I am..

After that New Years Day went in a blur of sleep and dizzyness for I awoke with the flu. Hooray for me, I now cannot speak and when I stand up I feel like falling over again.

Last night my friend was engaged in a battle of wits with a supposedly drunken pre teen fucktard. This girl told my friend not to be a bitch because she had been drinking and I of course remarked "what kind of person gets drunk alone and goes online," to which this girl responded " I'm owt wivv frenzzz hav yo0 neva herd ov a Hiptop."

Well... I know that nowadays technology has made it almost impossible to enjoy time alone with close friends. If I am out with my best friend I can guarantee either he or I will get a message from somebody wanting to talk about his or her problems, and of course I dont mind. However this latest technology, internet capable mobile phones, it just perplexes me. I was on Facebook yesterday and one of my contacts listed his status as " At Eastlands" and this brings me to wonder, are you really that sad that it is imperative to list every single fucking destination you go to in a day... WHILE YOU'RE THERE.

Returning to my friend's argument with this drunken preteen. I have to wonder if whether it is perhaps sadder that your friends hate you so much they don't talk to you when you are out with them and you are forced to resort to using your HIPTOP to talk to people online who hate you just as much, than to stay at home with a bottle of whatever and waste the night away.

Hence I don't blog much because the only internet access I have is at her house. Hence I am currently online for no more than two minutes for icecream is melting in the car and I came online to simply check my email for some information regarding my imminent venture to Western Australia.
